As a CNC Programmer, you’ll take ownership of programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with operators to keep production running smoothly, and your precision will directly impact product quality and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs for production.
• Set up and test programs to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with operators and shop staff to maintain seamless workflow.
• Ensure reliable, precise output across all machining projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a CNC operator or machinist.
• Proven ability to write and edit CNC programs.
