Location: Michigan, ideally based near Howell. Primary coverage includes Howell, Okemos, and East Lansing, with travel across nearby areas such as Lansing and Meridian Township.

We’re partnering with a national flooring retailer to place an experienced in-home sales consultant in the Michigan market centered on Howell, Okemos, and East Lansing. You will be set up for success with a full calendar of qualified leads, a stocked mobile showroom, and back-end support from the operations team.
- Four to five pre-scheduled appointments per day, no cold calling
- Mobile showroom that makes selling simple so customers can choose on the spot
- Strong base plus uncapped commissions
- Health benefits available after 90 days
- Run in-home consultations and close sales from your mobile showroom
- Help customers choose carpet, hardwood, laminate, LVP, and tile
- Measure spaces, build quotes, and present financing options
- Track customer activity and follow-ups in the CRM
- Experience in in-home sales, flooring, remodeling, or home services
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to close in the home
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfort traveling the Howell, Okemos, and East Lansing markets
- CFI certification or installation experience is a plus
Schedule: Full time, with some evenings and weekends based on homeowner availability.
Compensation: Base salary of $35,000 to $40,000 plus uncapped commission. Typical earnings $30,000 to $80,000+. Health benefits after 90 days. Paid training and tools provided.
