Outside Sales Representative – Stone & Slab Industry
We are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow business across the Salt Lake City and surrounding Utah market. This role is ideal for a proven stone-industry sales professional with existing relationships in the A&D, Builder, GC, Fabricator, or Kitchen & Bath space.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven role selling high-quality stone products for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage accounts throughout the Salt Lake City market
- Prospect new business and grow existing client relationships
- Conduct in-person sales calls, jobsite visits, and product presentations
- Prepare quotes and manage orders from sale through delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time fulfillment
- Track activity and pipeline in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales experience in the stone, granite, marble, or slab industry (required)
- Established relationships in the Utah construction and design market preferred
- Strong knowledge of natural stone, engineered stone, and porcelain products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (local travel required)
