We are seeking a reliable and organized Sales Suport and Scheduling Coordinator to work out of our Addison, IL office. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on handling inbound customer communication and supporting the sales team with scheduling and follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls
- Assist customers with general questions
- Follow up on previous appointments
- Schedule in-home consultations and showroom visits
- Greet walk-in customers at the showroom
- Document customer interactions in the CRM
- Follow call scripts and procedures
Qualifications
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Comfortable on the phone
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Reliable and organized
Schedule
- 5 days per week total
- 4 weekdays (Monday–Friday, one weekday off)
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
