- Managing on-site installation of stone countertops in residential and commercial spaces
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and job site plans
- Ensuring all measurements, cuts, and placements are accurate and clean
- Leading and mentoring a small team of installers or helpers
- Coordinating with shop staff and project managers for smooth installations
- Ensuring job sites are clean and clients are satisfied at the end of each project
- Proven experience in countertop installation
- Ability to read shop drawings and work independently on site
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfort using standard installation tools and lifting heavy materials
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (Preferred)
- Experience with multiple types of stone (Preferred)
