- Strong Work Ethic: Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members.
- Physical Capability: Able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Reliability: Shows up consistently and takes pride in doing good work.
- Interest in Skilled Trades: Motivated to build a long-term career in installation or construction.
- Construction or Labor Experience (Preferred): Previous hands-on experience is helpful but not required.
