Receptionist

Location: Everett, MA | Work Type: In-Person | Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Pay: $25/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcome visitors and create a professional, upbeat first impression in person and over the phone.
  • Manage the front desk and help keep the office organized, polished, and running smoothly throughout the day.
  • Answer calls, direct inquiries, and help connect clients, vendors, and internal team members to the right person.
  • Support general administrative needs and help with day-to-day office coordination as needed.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude every day.

What You Bring

  • A polished, professional presence.
  • A polite, upbeat, and welcoming personality.
  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Reliability and consistency in a full-time, in-person role.
  • The ability to stay organized and composed while handling a busy front desk environment.
  • Reception, front desk, customer service, or office support experience is preferred.
