What You’ll Be Doing:
- Perform high-quality service, repairs, and adjustments in the field while maintaining strong attention to craftsmanship.
- Communicate proactively with the shop team, installers, and clients to keep projects moving and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Manage your daily schedule, arrive on-site prepared and on time, and adapt to changing job-site needs.
- Document completed work clearly and keep accurate records of repairs and service activities.
- Represent the company professionally at job sites and leave customers with a strong impression of the work performed.
