As a CNC Operator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC machinery to maintain efficient daily production output
• Loading and unloading stone materials safely onto the CNC bed
• Reviewing CAD/CAM tool paths and confirming they match AutoCAD drawings before cutting
• Verifying the correct materials are selected for each CNC program
• Measuring materials and parts prior to cutting to ensure precision
• Performing quality checks to ensure finished cuts meet specifications
• Tracking processing time and completing required quality control documentation
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Supporting equipment maintenance and coordinating repairs when needed
• Following OSHA guidelines and all required safety procedures
• Participating in team meetings, trainings, and safety sessions

• Experience operating CNC routers in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings
• Ability to read a measuring tape accurately
• Experience using digital calipers to measure tools and material thickness
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate machine operating systems
• Ability to operate overhead cranes and vacuum lifters
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision
• Strong organizational skills and a task-focused mindset
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and wear required PPE including steel toe shoes and eye protection
• Ability to work overtime when production demands require it
• Ability to pass a physical exam, background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen

• 3+ years of experience operating CNC routers
• Understanding of the stone fabrication process
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
