In-Home Sales Representative


Location: Field-Based | Central Florida Region

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (8–10 appointments/week based on geography)

Compensation: 100% Commission + Uncapped Earning Potential

Training Pay: Provided for 12 weeks

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team as a field-based Home Organization Design (HOD) Sales Representative, focused on delivering exceptional in-home design solutions for cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, and accessories. You’ll represent a nationally respected brand with high-quality lead generation through Costco partnerships, social media, and targeted digital marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess needs and recommend curated design packages
  • Follow up on pre-qualified leads generated through Costco, digital marketing, and internal referrals
  • Collaborate with design consultants and project coordinators to produce accurate and timely proposals
  • Close sales and provide a smooth handoff for project fulfillment
  • Utilize Salesforce and NetSuite to track communications, update client details, and manage follow-ups

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and close rates
  • High customer satisfaction through consultative service and clear communication
  • Accurate proposal generation with attention to detail
  • Strong appointment show rate and consistent follow-up


What You Bring

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in home improvement, design/build, or in-home services
  • Comfortable presenting and selling in in-home customer settings
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or NetSuite (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently, manage a dynamic schedule, and adapt to evolving territory demands
