Overview

Bronwick is partnering with a premier countertop fabrication company to hire a Template Programmer & Laser Measure Technician. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who values precision and wants to contribute to high-quality stonework seen in homes and commercial spaces throughout the region.

You’ll be responsible for capturing accurate job site measurements and translating them into digital templates that drive production. Whether you're already experienced with LT-2D3D systems or come from a related trade like cabinetry or installation, this role offers room to grow with training and team support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site laser measurements using LT-2D3D or similar equipment
• Create and verify CAD-ready templates for stone countertop fabrication
• Collaborate with drafting, fabrication, and install teams to ensure cut accuracy
• Communicate with customers and job site managers as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment
• Submit project data and measurement documentation with precision

Requirements

• Experience with laser templating or willingness to be trained
• Background in countertop installation, cabinetmaking, remodeling, or drafting
• Familiarity with CAD or CAM software a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Professional communication and a team-first mindset
• Valid driver's license required
