Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Newport, KY Work Type: In-Person Pay: $16–$22 per hour Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Certified Flooring Installation (CFI) is hiring a full time CSR to support homeowners during their flooring installation. If you are friendly on the phone, organized, and reliable, this is a great fit with a steady weekday schedule in a professional office.

What you will be doing

Answer inbound calls from homeowners about scheduling, status updates, changes, and service questions
Document every interaction and keep records current in the customer system
Coordinate with installers and internal teams to confirm dates, communicate delays, and close loops quickly
Resolve issues, set clear expectations, and escalate when needed
Follow up by phone and email to keep customers informed and supported

Customer service experience is preferred

Requirements

Full time, fully in person at the Newport office every workday
Background check required
Work authorization in the United States
