Location: Rochester, NY | $25–$32/hour, DOE | Full-Time | Field-Based Role with Company Vehicle

We’re hiring a Countertop Installer based out of our Rochester office. You'll travel within a 120-mile radius in a company vehicle, fully equipped with tools and gear. As part of a two-person crew, you’ll install high-quality countertops that leave a lasting impression on homeowners.

What You’ll Be Doing (Every Day):

• Delivering 5-star customer interactions on every job site
• Installing stone countertops with precision and craftsmanship
• Safely loading, unloading, and transporting materials
• Driving daily to job sites with a clean, valid driver’s license
• Problem-solving on the fly and making smart adjustments as needed
• Coordinating with the shop team to ensure every project runs smoothly

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of countertop installation experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience as a team lead or crew leader on install projects
• Comfortable with heavy lifting, driving, and problem-solving in customers’ homes
• Mechanically inclined, with construction or trade experience (roofing, framing, etc.)
• Strong communicator and collaborator — not a solo act
• Valid driver’s license required with a safe motor vehicle record for the past 3 years

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM
• Average 50 hours/week
• $25–$32/hour depending on experience
• Benefits - Health Insurance and 401k with company contributions, Dental and Vision. 2 weeks vacation and 3 sick days.
• Company vehicle and tools provided
