- Creative + Client-Facing – Work directly with homeowners, builders, and designers to manage finish selections and bring their vision to life
- Ownership From Day One – Manage your own projects from initial consult through install and punch list
- Structured Ramp-Up – Base salary plus commission during the first 120 days, then move to a commission-based plan with strong earning potential
- Team Support + Resources – Get trained, backed, and coached by an experienced team with proven systems

- Leading client appointments to select flooring, tile, countertops, and other interior finishes
- Building relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Coordinating with vendors, placing orders, and managing timelines through final walkthrough
- Working with budgets, handling follow-up, and ensuring a five-star experience for every client
- Tracking progress, solving issues as they come up, and staying ahead of deadlines
- Experience working with clients in a design or project-focused role (home finishes, flooring, interiors, or related industry preferred)
- Strong communication and follow-through — you’re reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented
- Confidence using technology to track projects, communicate with teams, and stay organized
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
