What You Will Be Doing
As a Helpdesk Engineer, your day to day will include:
- Serving as a primary point of contact for client issues, both remote and onsite, and handling tickets from first contact through resolution

Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to:
- Microsoft 365 and Office 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
- Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Active Directory and Azure AD user and group management
- Endpoint security tools, patching, and basic security policies
- Using ticketing and documentation systems to track, prioritize, and document work in a clear and organized way
- Working with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools to identify and address issues proactively
- Handling basic troubleshooting for VoIP systems and mobile devices
- Collaborating with peers and escalation resources when an issue needs deeper investigation
- Supporting clients in a managed services environment where uptime, responsiveness, and professionalism matter every day
What You Bring
- Experience in a helpdesk, service desk, or technical support role

Hands on experience with several of the following:
- Microsoft 365 or Office 365 administration
- Windows desktop and server operating systems
- Active Directory or Azure AD
- Endpoint protection, patching, and basic security practices
- Ticketing systems and RMM tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues and solutions in a way that makes sense to non technical users
- A problem solving mindset and curiosity about how systems work
- A steady, professional approach when priorities shift or multiple issues arrive at once
