About AAA Countertops: Family-owned Austin company with 20+ years in operation, serving Central Texas from a southeast Austin shop and showroom. Uses advanced tools such as laser measuring and CNC cutting. Large selection of quartz, marble, granite, and solid surface. Showroom visits by appointment.

Location: Onsite at Felter Lane, Austin, TX 78744

Travel: Local parts runs with a company vehicle; take-home permitted per policy; fuel and maintenance covered

Compensation: Target total compensation $75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience and hours; package includes hourly base, paid overtime, weekly incentives, quarterly bonus, and profit sharing

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. core schedule; frequent overtime; minimal to no weekends; typical total hours 50 to 55 per week

What you will do

  • Own a balanced mix of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting across shop equipment and facilities
  • Maintain and repair Park Industries machinery and related systems
  • Service key assets, including three routers, Saberjet, Fastback, Miter X, water recycling system, air compressors, pumps, forklifts
  • Support hydraulics, pneumatics, water, air, and mechanical components
  • Order parts, coordinate vendor service when needed, and manage stock for common wear items
  • Use the maintenance app to execute PM schedules, log work, and meet benchmarks
  • Join a quick weekly check in with leadership to prioritize work and remove blockers

What you bring

  • Extensive experience maintaining Park Industries equipment in a production environment
  • Strong troubleshooting across electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, water, and mechanical systems; CNC programming not required
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and follow LOTO and safety procedures
  • Proactive approach to PM, parts planning, and root cause fixes
  • Team first mindset; dependable, safety conscious, collaborative with production

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Pre employment screenings required, including background check and drug screen
  • Comfort with ladders and man lifts, occasional tight spaces, and dirty work in an active shop
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed and wear required PPE

Nice to have

  • Background in stone fabrication or heavy industrial maintenance
  • Forklift operation and basic facilities maintenance experience
  • Contractor or maker background with the ability to fabricate or modify jigs and guards
