We are seeking an experienced Purchasing and Inventory Control Specialist to optimize our inventory and work in a fast-paced fabrication environment. This is a key onsite role that offers strong earning and growth potential for the right candidates!

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
• Allocate and manage inventory for maximum utilization
• Collaborate with CAD team and fabricators to ensure efficient material use
• Monitor inventory costs and drive reductions in Cost of Sales %
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting in Excel

What Success Looks Like

• Inventory maintained at optimal levels
• Inventory costs controlled within acceptable parameters
• Measurable reduction in Cost of Sales percentage
• Strong collaboration across departments

Qualifications

• Experience in the natural stone industry required
• Background in purchasing and inventory control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Stone Profits is a strong plus
• College degree (preferred)
• Highly organized with strong math and analytical skills
• Strong problem-solver and self-starter
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Team-oriented mindset
