We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team in the West Virginia area. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality installations of natural stone countertops and other stone surfaces. It is ideal for a detail-oriented craftsman who takes pride in their work, enjoys working directly with customers, and is comfortable with travel and long hours in the field.

As an Installer, you’ll represent the company on-site, ensuring every project is completed with precision and professionalism. You’ll work closely with homeowners, contractors, and teammates to provide excellent customer service while delivering beautiful, functional finished products.

Location: West Virginia / Field-based (travel within a 3.5–4 hour radius)

Pay: $20 – $26 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (hours may vary with project needs)

Reports to: Installation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Install natural stone countertops and other stone surfaces.
• Load and transport cut pieces safely to job sites.
• Operate company vehicle in compliance with safety standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the installation process.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites, leaving them free of debris after completion.

Qualifications

• Residence in West Virginia is required.
• Hands-on experience installing natural stone countertops.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent craftsmanship.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and problem-solve on-site.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service and teamwork.
