We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility systems across two Central New York locations. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting machinery, performing routine maintenance, and responding to equipment issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Complete emergency repairs during production and scheduled work during downtime
• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety procedures
• Conduct required monthly safety checks and documentation
• Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience, including mechanical and hydraulic repair
• Ability to diagnose issues, replace parts, and verify machine performance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• High school diploma/GED; apprenticeship or technical training is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Active, physical role with frequent standing, bending, climbing, and lifting 75+ lbs
• Exposure to noise, vibration, and airborne particles
• Work performed around moving machinery; PPE provided

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• On-call availability for equipment issues
