Pay: $26 – $30/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own projects from prep through finish: layout, cutting, setting, grouting, caulking, sealing, and detailed punch.
- Read and interpret drawings and blueprints; ensure quality control and timelines.
- Mentor and direct apprentices and setters; model safe, organized, professional jobsites.
- Coordinate materials and site logistics with homeowners, builders, and designers.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a lead tile installer with advanced setting skills and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong leadership and communication; ability to train and hold a team to high standards.
- Reliable transportation and valid NH driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- OSHA-10 Certification or willingness to obtain.
