National Sales Account Manager – Stone Fabrication & Installation

Location: Jefferson, WI (Relocation Welcome) | Type: Full-Time | Compensation: $55,000–$70,000/year + Full Benefits

We’re searching for an experienced National Sales Account Manager to join a well-established and growing custom countertop company in Jefferson, WI. With over 30 years of regional success across the Midwest, our client prides themselves on delivering outstanding service to major home centers—and they’re looking for a National Sales Account Manager who would be managing internal account staff of up to 10 and also some outside sales of national accounts.


If you have a proven track record in national account management, team supervision, and customer service management with a passion for people, systems, and communication, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role with long-term growth potential.


What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts (including major home centers like Home Depot and Lowe’s)
  • Ensure timely, consistent communication across phone, email, and SMS platforms
  • Lead, train, and support a small customer experience team to ensure high performance and strong morale
  • Manage internal systems—phones, call center tools, shared inboxes, and messaging platforms
  • Champion the client’s brand and customer-first values across every interaction and process
  • Monitor KPIs such as VOC (Voice of Customer) and LTR (Likelihood to Recommend)
  • Collaborate across departments—sales, operations, QA, accounting—to address customer needs
  • Resolve escalations quickly and identify service improvements proactively


What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in National Sales Account Management or supervision
  • Strong leadership and communication skills—you set the tone for your team
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, production-based environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using service metrics to drive improvements
  • Comfort with customer experience systems and call center platforms
  • Professional, calm, and solutions-oriented approach to customer issues
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $55,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
