Currently, we are searching for an Outside Sales Representative for a flooring and countertop supplier with strong relationships in the single-family builder space. This hybrid role combines field sales, project coordination, and account management working directly with builders and superintendents to win and oversee high-volume residential projects.
Candidates with flooring expertise and countertop knowledge are strongly preferred, especially those who bring existing builder relationships to the table.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, superintendents, and purchasing agents
- Bid new projects, submit proposals, and provide value-add solutions to increase win rates
- Manage flooring and countertop projects from initial estimate through final walkthrough
- Coordinate schedules with subcontractors, builders, and internal teams
- Visit job sites regularly to verify progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience in flooring or countertop sales, preferably with builder accounts, in an outside sales setting
- 2+ years experience with residential construction workflows, standards, and job site requirements
- Able to read blueprints and construction documents
COMPENSATION
- Year 1 Total Comp Expectation: $80,000–$100,000
- Year 2 Total Comp Expectation: $120,000–$200,000
