What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating deadlines between field crews and internal teams
- Communicating regularly with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure clarity on next steps
- Preparing and reviewing job documentation, purchase orders, and work orders
- Identifying and solving logistical issues before they impact project timelines
- Supporting leadership with reporting, updates, and process improvements
What You Bring:
- Experience coordinating projects in operations, construction, manufacturing, or logistics
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Confidence using spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and project software
- A problem-solving mindset and willingness to adapt in dynamic situations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
