Currently, we are searching for a Savannah, GA based Shop Manager for a high-end countertop fabrication company known for its collaborative team culture and commitment to craftsmanship. This is a full-time, salaried leadership role overseeing daily shop operations, quality control, and team coordination.

The primary responsibility is to manage fabrication and installation workflows while leading a team of fabricators and maintaining strong communication across departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee shop operations including fabrication, installation, and quality control
• Lead and support a team-oriented culture in the shop
• Maintain daily communication with front office, finance, and operations leadership
• Ensure shop cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols are upheld
• Participate in estimating, scheduling, and occasional out-of-town training events

REQUIREMENTS

• Management experience in a countertop fabrication environment
• Hands-on experience with installation and 5-axis CNC saw operation
• Programming and CAD experience a plus
• Estimating experience and strong attention to detail
• Proven leadership and teamwork mindset

COMPENSATION

• Total Comp = Base + Annual Bonus = $100,000+
• Base Salary = $90,000–$100,000
• 80% of healthcare paid (employee only)
• 401(k) with 4% company match
