What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Templater & CAD Drawer, you’ll manage the transition from job site measurements to production-ready fabrication files.

Templating & Field Work -

• Travel to job sites (residential and commercial) to collect all required measurements
• Use digital and physical tools to measure countertops, vertical surfaces, and more
• Document cabinet conditions, appliances, access constraints, and site-specific notes
• Take clear photos and record all necessary info for fabrication accuracy
• Communicate professionally and consultatively with customers and on-site personnel

CAD & Production Documentation -

• Convert field data into fabrication-ready CAD drawings using EasyStone
• Ensure all drawings reflect accurate fit, overhangs, cutouts, seams, and cabinet alignment
• Upload, print, and submit finalized production drawings and SpeedLabels
• Maintain extremely high standards of detail and accuracy to support the fabrication team

Communication & Coordination -

• Act as a key liaison between sales and production
• Own your work and communicate clearly through our internal processes
• Identify and resolve any issues early to avoid downstream delays

What You Bring:

• Experience with templating and CAD drawing in stone or countertop fabrication (Required)
• Proficiency with Proliner, EasyStone, StoneApp, and SpeedLabel, or similar equipment and software (Required)
• Strong math and spatial reasoning skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to communicate professionally with both internal teams and clients
• Computer literacy and technical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical & Travel Requirements:

• Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Frequent kneeling, standing, climbing, and bending
• Willingness to travel locally and work overtime as needed
• Background check required
