What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll:
- Onboard new customers and lead product training sessions
- Build trusted relationships with construction business owners and leadership teams
- Help clients define success and advise on best practices for using the platform
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with support and development teams
- Support workflow optimization and track client progress through the platform
What You Bring
- Commercial construction project management experience is required
- SaaS onboarding or account management experience is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills — confident leading training and check-in calls
- Tech-savvy and adaptable — able to quickly learn a new platform and coach others
- A service mindset — you care about helping others succeed
