Location: Mesa, AZ | Work Type: On-Site | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (start and end times may vary) | Pay: $22 to $36 per hour, depending on experience and fit

- Strong Compensation: Earn $22 to $36 per hour depending on experience and fit, with bonus eligibility and additional incentives (bonus policy currently under review).

- Work Tools Provided: Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
- Time Off: Two weeks of PTO.
- Visit job sites to measure and template spaces accurately for stone countertop installations.
- Use digital templating technology and industry tools to capture precise measurements for fabrication.
- Communicate clearly with project managers, installers, and fabrication teams to ensure the final product matches the client’s expectations.
- Identify potential installation challenges early and help the team plan solutions before fabrication begins.
- Represent the company professionally on job sites while maintaining strong attention to quality and detail.
- Stone Industry Templating Experience: Experience measuring and templating for stone countertops or similar construction projects.
- Technical Comfort: Ability to work with digital templating tools and technology.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy and craftsmanship.
- Process Improvement Mindset: Interest in improving workflows, learning new technology, and helping the team operate more efficiently.
- Professionalism on Job Sites: Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients while representing the company well.
