Account Manager – Omaha, NE (Quartz & Kohler)

Location:Omaha NE

Compensation: Base $65,000–$75,000 + Commissions | OTE $75,000–$115,000

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Account Manager to represent our Quartz Slab and Kohler Sink product lines in the Omaha Metro Area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management and experience working with fabrication shops, K&B dealers, and design/build professionals.

This is a field-based role requiring regular visits to client locations including fabrication shops, showrooms, and job sites. Your primary focus will be to grow and nurture relationships with both fabricators and key decision makers (KDMs) like designers, contractors, and home builders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricators and KDMs
  • Support clients with product knowledge, samples, pricing, and quoting
  • Conduct onsite visits to job sites and fabrication facilities to ensure smooth execution
  • Identify new opportunities to expand market share in quartz slabs and Kohler sinks
  • Provide sales training and technical guidance to dealers and fabricators
  • Coordinate closely with logistics, operations, and product teams to resolve issues quickly

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience
  • Experience in the surfaces, fabrication, or plumbing industry is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with fabrication processes and installation challenges is a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Greater Omaha area regularly

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually
  • Commissions: Uncapped, with total OTE of $75,000–$115,000
