We’re currently seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Representative for a growing natural and engineered stone fabricator in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This client operates with transparency and strong values—seeking the same in their team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop new business through in-person outreach and strategic networking with commercial builders and GCs
- Manage and expand current accounts by maintaining regular site visits and clear communication
- Identify and pursue project opportunities in construction pipelines
- Support quoting, order coordination, and client updates throughout the sales process
- Travel throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area to serve your territory effectively
- Handle standard administrative and CRM responsibilities to track performance and customer activity
What You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience selling to builders in the construction industry
- Experience working with or selling to commercial builders is required
- Industry background in stone, tile, flooring, cabinetry, or construction materials (Preferred)
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-through skills
- Self-starter who thrives on accountability and performance
- Willingness to travel locally around DFW to meet with clients in person
