Commercial Sales Representative (Stone Surfaces & Slabs)


Location: Oxnard, CA

Work Type: In-Person, Territory-Based

Pay: $70,000–$75,000 base + 3–4% commission on gross profit (expected $25,000+ additional annually)

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Conduct market research to identify new project opportunities, especially in residential construction.
  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key client groups including fabricators, architects, designers, custom builders, and kitchen/bath showrooms.
  • Attend networking events, industry functions, and conferences to promote Pacific Shore Stones’ products and brands.
  • Update CRM tools regularly to track leads, customer interactions, and project progress.
  • Develop customized sales strategies to onboard new clients and support existing accounts.
  • Act as a project manager on developing deals, ensuring smooth movement from proposal through contract.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to execute business development plans.
  • Ensure pricing and margin targets are met in coordination with your supervisor.


What You Bring


  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within construction materials, surfaces, or related industries.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for networking and growing client bases.
  • Knowledge of the Ventura County market (preferred) and/or ability to manage a regional sales territory.
  • CRM experience (preferred) – comfortable tracking pipelines, leads, and customer data.
  • Motivated, self-directed, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to travel locally across Ventura County for client meetings and events.
