We are searching for an Outside Sales Representative for a flooring and countertop supplier with strong relationships in the single-family builder space. This hybrid role combines field sales, project coordination, and account management, working directly with builders and superintendents to win and oversee residential projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, superintendents, and purchasing agents
- Bid projects, prepare proposals, and provide value-add solutions to increase win rates
- Manage flooring and countertop projects from initial estimate through final walkthrough
- Conduct site visits to verify progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with builder standards
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years in outside sales
- Familiarity with residential construction workflows, standards, and job site requirements
- Knowledge of common materials (tile, wood, LVP, granite, quartz, etc.)
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Year 1 Total Comp Expectation: $80,000–$100,000
- Year 2 Total Comp Expectation: $120,000–$200,000
