This is more than sales—it's about curating experiences, providing expert guidance, and building long-term relationships in the design community.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Expert – Develop in-depth product knowledge to confidently guide clients.
• Consult & Sell – Listen, ask the right questions, and offer tailored solutions.
• Master Communication – Engage customers professionally and persuasively.
• Follow Up & Deliver – Set clear expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Cultivate Industry Connections – Network with designers, builders, and trade professionals.
• Stay Organized & Goal-Focused – Balance multiple clients while achieving sales targets.
• Keep Learning – Stay ahead of industry trends and attend local design events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in showroom sales, design, or a related industry (stone, tile, home décor, luxury retail).
• Strong communication and customer service skills with a passion for design.
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple clients.
• Relationship-building skills to expand and maintain a loyal customer base.
