Tier 2 Technician / Support Engineer (MSP)
Compensation $50,000 to $72,000 base, depending on experience
Benefits 90% employer paid health, 401(k) with match, 2 to 3 weeks vacation plus standard holidays, company laptop and tools, path to Level 3
Schedule and Work Style Primarily in office to start, then hybrid as ramp completes. Field work and site visits use a company vehicle. Minimal on call or after hours.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own tickets across phone, email, and portal. Keep communication clear and proactive.
- Deploy and configure new user workstations and profiles.
- Support networking gear, printers, and on site connectivity.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network performance issues.
- Document thoroughly and collaborate on escalations.
- Visit client sites for projects, setups, and troubleshooting using a company vehicle.
What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of IT support or systems administration experience, preferably in an MSP.
- Strength with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise and Counter Strike.
- Working knowledge of networking and firewalls.
- Clear communication, ownership mindset, and continuous learning.
- Clean driving record required.
