Sales Executive (Stone Surfaces and Countertops)

Location: St. Petersburg, FL | Work Type: Field-Based | Pay: $80,000 to $150,000 on-target earnings

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Sales Executive, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Build and grow relationships with high-end kitchen and bath showrooms.
  • Expand existing accounts and earn more business from current partners.
  • Prospect and win new business across the market.
  • Call on builders, remodelers, designers, architects, contractors, and related contacts.
  • Present Granite Plus programs, pricing, and product offerings to prospective customers.
  • Partner with inside sales and estimating on quotes and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with templating, production, and installation teams to help ensure smooth project execution.
  • Attend industry events and stay active in the local market.
  • Track activity and maintain strong records in ERP and CRM systems.
  • Work toward revenue goals of more than $1.5 million, with a strong emphasis on incremental new business growth.

What You Bring:

  • Outside sales experience.
  • A relationship-first approach and confidence working with both existing and new accounts.
  • The energy and drive to get into the field and create new business.
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and stay self-directed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in building materials, cabinetry, countertops, or related products is preferred.
  • Stone or countertop industry experience is a plus, but a true passion for selling matters most.
