Job Title: Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Knoxville, TN. Some relocation assistance may be available.

Shift: All shifts

Compensation: $26 - $30/hr + benefits. 

Job Summary:

We’re a nationwide food manufacturer looking for a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment—from conveyors and packaging machines to pumps and electrical systems. If you’re a hands-on problem solver with a background in industrial maintenance, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Requirements:

• 2-year technical degree in Electrical/Mechanical repair and 4+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience — or 7 years relevant experience
• Experience with high-speed food or pharmaceutical packaging equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with PLCs, welding (TIG, Stick), and power/precision tools
• Able to work in demanding environments (noise, heat, cold, heights) and perform physically active tasks
• Comfortable using forklifts, lifts, and reading technical manuals/blueprints
