Restaurant Assistant Manager
(Bar or Kitchen Leadership Focus)
Locations: Milton & Bonney Lake, WA (2 seperate openings)
Compensation: Up to $63,000 base salary (DOE) plus performance-based bonuses
About the Role
We are an established, award-winning Pacific Northwest–based restaurant group seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our Milton and Bonney Lake locations. This role partners closely with the General Manager to lead the team, deliver excellent guest experiences, and maintain strong operational and financial performance.
This opening is flexible for candidates with a primary strength in either front-of-house/bar leadership or back-of-house/kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven restaurant management experience, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to build and sustain a positive, accountable team culture.
