Operation Lead – Hospitality and Service Industry
Location: Bainbridge Island, WA (On-site)
Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually + Annual Discretionary Bonus

Position Overview
As Operation Lead, you will be the operational backbone of our organization, blending on-the-ground management with strategic system design. We need a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-industry startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties, ensuring seamless hospitality services, seasonal events, and farm programs.
- System Architecture: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve workflows and maintain consistency.
- Team Coordination: Manage schedules and tasks for staff and program participants, integrating training goals into business operations.
- Strategic Growth: Provide operational insights to support product development and organizational scaling.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years in hospitality, operations, or service industry leadership.
- Proven expertise in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Strong ability to build and optimize operational systems.
- Comfortable with digital workflows and AI tools.
- Flexible schedule with on-site availability (occasional weekends required).
