  • Deliver an overwhelming commitment to guest service – anticipate needs, resolve issues with grace, and ensure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived
  • Uphold excellent operational standards: cleanliness, organization, food safety, and beverage program execution
  • Manage floor operations, bar service, reservations, and private events with efficiency and poise
  • Coach, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, stable, and high-energy culture
  • Assist with inventory, labor management, ordering, and cost controls
  • Partner with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service flow and consistent quality
  • Drive revenue through exceptional guest experience, upselling, and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3+ years of Assistant Manager or equivalent leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar environment (similar concept strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of maintaining excellent standards and delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong stability and reliability – we value leaders who are committed long-term and thrive under pressure
  • Passionate, hands-on leadership style with an overwhelming commitment to hospitality
  • Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations, including bar service, POS systems, inventory management, and labor scheduling
  • Exceptional communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications (or ability to obtain)

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)
  • Paid time off and employee discounts
  • Career growth opportunities within a stable, well-established concept
  • A positive, professional environment that truly values its people and its guests

If you are a hospitality professional with full-service experience, a relentless focus on guest service, and the desire to be part of a high-standard, stable team in the Tigard area, we want to hear from you!
