Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee resort, culinary, and guest services to ensure seamless, top-tier performance.
• Team Development: Lead and inspire a team of 100+ employees, fostering growth and high morale.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with ownership and finance teams to manage budgets and drive profitability.
• Brand Stewardship: Champion our brand while elevating the guest experience to new heights.
• Membership & Guest Relations: Deliver VIP service and build lasting relationships with members and guests.
• Expansion & Strategy: Support growth initiatives as we venture into additional properties.

Required Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of leadership in luxury hospitality, ideally as a Hotel Manager or Resort Director.
• Proven expertise in financial management, operations, and guest services.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with wellness programming and lifestyle hospitality is a plus.
