Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support kitchen operations and lead a talented culinary team. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take their career to the next level.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
  • Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality standards.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control.
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
