Restaurant General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full profit-and-loss ownership, developing and executing strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, develop, and lead a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and outstanding service delivery.
• Cultivate memorable guest experiences that build loyalty, generate positive reviews, and convert first-time visitors into regulars.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and labor optimization while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Qualifications:
