Customer Service Associate | Cleveland, OH

$60,000–$65,000 + Bonus

Well-established industrial manufacturer is looking for a Customer Service Associate with packaging, adhesive tapes or wraps experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy
• Build strong customer relationships through phone, email, and other communication
• Monitor order backlogs, inventory, and customer forecasts
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues in partnership with Sales and internal teams
• Keep customers informed and ensure a smooth order process

What We’re Looking For:

• Packaging industry experience is needed- labels, printing, tapes, pouches, boxes, or related products
• 2+ years of B2B customer service or inside sales in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial packaging.
• Collaborative team with real technical backup, not a call-center silo.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn industry-specific systems
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
