Sr. Director of Finance & Administration

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance & Administration to lead financial operations and partner closely with ownership and operations to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management
• Analyze profitability, margins, inventory, and operational performance
• Support CAPEX planning, ROI analysis, and business growth initiatives
• Oversee accounting processes, financial controls, and process improvements
• Manage the relationship with the company's third-party IT provider

Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance, accounting, FP&A, or controllership experience
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Strong forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning skills
• ERP experience preferred
