Senior Property Accountant | Hybrid | Cleveland, OH

Bonus Opportunity (up to 20%)/ Free Parking

We are partnering with a growing real estate investment firm that is adding a Senior Property Accountant to its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys multi-entity accounting, financial reporting, and working with a diverse real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• Own month-end close activities for multiple entities and properties

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements

• Partner with Asset Management on cash flow reporting and funding requests

• Support lender reporting, ownership allocations, and property transactions

• Help improve accounting processes and reporting efficiencies

• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party property managers

We're looking for:

✔ 2+ years of property, real estate, or multi-entity accounting experience

✔ Strong knowledge of GAAP, reconciliations, and financial reporting

✔ Advanced Excel skills with excellent analytical abilities

✔ Experience with Yardi, MRI, RealPage, JD Edwards, or similar ERP systems is a plus
