Manager, Sales Administration


We’re looking for a Manager, Sales Administration to support and strengthen how our Sales organization operates day to day. This role sits at the center of Sales Operations and plays a key part in driving efficiency, consistency, and execution across pricing, reporting, onboarding, and sales enablement.

This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and improve the Sales Quote Request (SQR) process to ensure speed and accuracy
  • Support pricing, contracts, rebate administration, and MAP program governance
  • Lead sales reporting, KPI tracking, and lead assignment to field sales teams
  • Manage and improve the Sales Hub (tools, resources, and training materials)
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks and process documentation
  • Coordinate customer visits, onboarding, and sales enablement activities
  • Partner across departments to improve how the Sales team operates and executes


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, or Sales Enablement
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
