I'm partnering with a well-established, expanding manufacturer in Northeast Ohio that is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a talented engineering group while serving as the technical bridge between engineering, operations, and customers.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor a small engineering team

• Drive new product development from concept through production

• Partner with customers and sales on technical solutions

• Support machining, CNC manufacturing, and production challenges

• Oversee product design using SolidWorks, GD&T, and FEA

• Improve engineering processes while supporting quality and continuous improvement

• Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and key suppliers

We're looking for someone with:

✔ Mechanical Engineering degree

✔ 10+ years of engineering leadership in a manufacturing environment

✔ Strong background in machining, CNC, and product design

✔ Experience with SolidWorks, GD&T, and FEA

✔ A collaborative, hands-on leadership style

Experience in defense, fiber optics, or other highly engineered products is a plus.
