Inventory Analyst – Growth Role into Cost Accounting

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-5 years of accounting or analyst experience looking to break into cost accounting or plant finance.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze inventory trends, usage, and cost variances (PPV, production, scrap)
- Support COGS, margin analysis, and monthly close activities
- Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes across inventory and production
- Partner with operations to improve processes and inventory accuracy
- Work with ERP systems and Excel to pull and analyze data
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in manufacturing, inventory, or cost-related accounting/analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data (ERP systems + Excel)
- Ability to communicate with both finance and operations teams
