Technical Sales Representative:
Our client, a leader in water and wastewater treatment has an Immediate opportunity for a motivated individual to join our sales team. The company specializes in process chemistry in water and wastewater treatment. We are looking for a technical sales representative to help existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and close sales deals
2. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing clients, providing ongoing support and solutions to any issues
3. Help clients identify and resolve any wastewater challenges including process, equipment, and chemical solutions
4. Understand more than just the chemical processes involved with wastewater treatment. Learn and understand the equipment used and how the processes work to properly apply the chemistry you may recommend
5. A significant portion of the work will be in the field, onsite, either working with existing clients or demonstrating products to potential clients.
Preferred (not required) qualifications
1. Knowledge of Water or Wastewater treatment
2. Technical Sales experience – preferably in water and wastewater treatment
3. Environmental, chemistry, or engineering degree
