Business Intelligence & Analytics Lead - HYBRID

Full-Time | Reports to CIO

Join a mission-driven organization undergoing a major systems transformation. We’re looking for a hands-on BI & Analytics Lead to shape how data drives decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Own BI Strategy & Execution – Lead development of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions
• Hands-On Data Work – Analyze data, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights
• Cross-Functional Partner – Translate business needs into data-driven solutions across Finance, Fundraising, Marketing, and more
• Data Governance – Establish data definitions, standards, and documentation for consistency and accuracy
• KPI & Reporting Leadership – Develop metrics, support leadership reporting, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Drive Data Adoption – Train teams and promote data literacy across the organization

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in BI, analytics, or data strategy
• Strong experience with Power BI (or similar tools) and data warehousing
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate insights and influence decision-making
• Experience with SQL, DAX, or tools like Python/R is a plus
• CRM or nonprofit data experience preferred
