What You’ll Do:

• Lead QC Operations: Oversee inspection, manage priorities, and ensure quality output across shifts
• Own QMS: Maintain and improve systems aligned with AS9100 standards
• Drive Improvement: Analyze defects, improve yield, and lead root cause efforts
• Support Audits & NPI: Partner with Engineering and Operations on validation, changes, and audits

What You Bring:

• Aerospace or regulated manufacturing experience
• Leadership in QC / inspection environments
• Strong QMS + audit experience (AS9100 preferred)
• GD&T, CMM, and precision inspection expertise
