Quality Manager

We're seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead both the Quality Management System and day-to-day quality operations at a precision manufacturing facility serving demanding industrial and aerospace markets. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape processes, mentor the quality team, and play a key role in the site's continued growth.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and continuously improve the site's Quality Management System (QMS)
• Manage and develop the quality team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Drive internal, customer, and certification audits, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements
• Partner with Operations and Engineering to resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and CAPA
• Oversee inspection activities, quality metrics, and process improvements to improve yield and reduce defects
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes in a highly technical manufacturing environment

What We're Looking For:

• Quality leadership experience in manufacturing
• Strong QMS and audit background (AS9100 preferred)
• Experience with GD&T, dimensional inspection, and precision manufacturing
• Proven success leading CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Aerospace, foundry, ceramics, casting, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience is highly desirable
